SCOPE OF WORK

The contractor will work in a modern Information Technology Environment based on MS Windows Operating Systems.  The sector has one LAN Classified at the NATO SECRET level and one Internet LAN.

Qualifications

·         The contractor must be knowledgeable in Windows NT/XP/2000/ 2003 and have at least a MCSE – Windows Server 2003 certification.

·         Working language is English.  The candidate should at least reach the level SPL (3,3,2,2) in accordance with NATO STANAG 6001.

Specific Tasks: 

The contractor is required to carry out the following tasks:

·         Implementation and configuration of our System Management Server on both LAN’s.

·         Installation of Microsoft Operations Management tool.

·         Configuration of our OU and AD according with NCSA Sector Lisbon requirements.

·         Depending on the implementation phase of Project 26 he/she will support or prepare the current infrastructure for the migration of both (AD and Exchange) from NT4 /WIN2000 to WIN 2000/2003 and Exchange Server 5.5 to Exchange Server 2000/2003.

·         Support McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator installation and configuration as required.

·         WEB SENSE installation and configuration.

·         Produce SOP’s for all the projects that were implemented by him/her with a full and clear explanation of all steps to install, configure, implement and troubleshoot.

Security Clearance

The contractor must be cleared at least at the NATO SECRET level and an appropriate security certificate must be held.
