Contract Role – initial engagement 6 months; Brussels
As a highly experienced Business Analyst, you will conduct business analysis for Information Systems support of recruitment for the headquarters of this major multinational organisation. This business analysis needs to fit recruitment into an overall human resources strategy, and be rationalized against best practices for HR management and hiring.
You will be tasked with analysing and documenting existing business processes related to recruitment, identifying current and future needs in this area of support. You will thus link business needs to strategic goals and rationalise business processes against them. You will be required to develop business cases, cost impacts, risk management, and delivery plans and initiate a project to develop and implement new and/or enhanced business and/or regulatory initiatives. You will ensure activities comply with pertinent legal and regulatory requirements.
A background of success in the Military, Defence industry or Government will have helped prepare you for this role and provided you with a mandatory current security clearance.
Requirements:
· Business analysis experience, including development of business cases, risk analysis, cost impacts, and delivery plans
· Experience in business analysis of Human Resources strategy
· Experience in linking strategy to operational performance measurement
· Knowledge of performance measurement frameworks and methodologies
· Possess skills in business analysis techniques for gathering and documenting requirements, such as unified modeling, workflow diagramming, dataflow diagramming, interviewing, workshop facilitation, and investigation of current state (existing systems and/or processes)
· Ability to perform feasibility analysis of effort, time, costs associated with this requirement.
· Ability to communicate the relevance of requirements in relation to larger business and/or project goals
· Ability to identify current relevant data, the requirement and feasibility to carry portions of that data over to a new system, and what in addition can be achieved with a new system
· Experience working with boards and senior management
· Knowledge of trends and best practices related to recruitment in multinational organisations.
